Ok, so a lot of people on this forum train for Sauske, so i thought i'd ask everyone what there favorite water is, considering thats what you probably drink when you train. Either way whats your favorite water
Personally i prefer Smart Water and Dasani, but i drink Smart Water after work-outs.

There are different types of water? Or is it just the same thing, sold at different prices?

Most bottled water is practically tap water. The filtering regulations are SO relaxed that... well... the companies don't really have to filter the water very much. So, those are about the same. Some companies care (pretend to care?) and filter their water a little more, making it taste "better". My friend loves Nestle water, I really can't tell why. Different water for different people, I suppose. Then there are things like Vitamin Water, etc. that aren't really water. It's all flavored and stuff. I don't include that since... well... it's got a ton of stuff added to it. I like it, though.

Everyone in my school goes crazy over fiji and deja blue.
Deja Blue tastes like muddy water, and Fiji is okay but over-rated. Like it claims to be "water in the purest form". I mean, gimme a break =p

I don't drink water. However I said tap water because I just drink juice which I have to dilute.

Tap Water.
Maybe it's just a mental thing with me, but bottled water often seems to taste like plastic. Yes, I know PET is better about that than most plastics, but still...

I generally drink tap water filtered through a PUR filter on my fridge. Maybe once a week I'll drink a soda(sprite or root beer) or a SoBe Energy (don't like the other flavors).
