It honestly is only a challenge when its at its max power like it was on Sasuke 29. It's just too easy without it. They have bars that contestants can grab onto if they feel they can not go any further.
Remember the sasuke 18 flying chute was one of the easiest obstacles of all time, and then the sasuke 19 buff made it one of the hardest of all time.
Same goes for the S28 Back Stream and the S29 backstream.

You really have to make sure it doesn't hurt anyone tho. Don't want it to be THAT type of dangerous.

We really don't want the SASUKE 29 Backstream back where people almost drowned! I think it's run it's course tbh in Stage 2, maybe it could find a place somewhere in Stage 1 towards the end of the stage maybe instead?

I really don't want the Backstream at all. It's barely an obstacle anymore now that people have been used to it. You can only fail it if you're Shingo or you're a tornado like Drew and manage to slip after completing the obstacle

I swear Shingo's allergic to that thing but he hasn't even returned to it since 30 so... getting there again would be a better run at this point...
