How would the results of Sasuke 30 had changed if competitors were allowed to correct themselves on the SSL?

I don't think any major changes to the results would have happened, Backstream and Wall Lifting still would have took out a good fair amount who passed it. Maybe a couple more second stage clears... just to be defeated by the Crazy Cliffhanger. I don't think anyone who failed the Salmon Ladder would have gone well in the third stage, who knows, we might have even gotten an Iron Paddler fail!
The thing I've been thinking recently though is what if in SASUKE 31, they kept the Swap Salmon Ladder but made it that you could correct yourself in that tournament. This for me is a double-edged sword for me though, I feel like part of SASUKE 31 was the new Salmon Ladders, but at the same time, they may have felt better introduced with the "course renewal" in the next tournament, that way someone might have actually failed the second stage in SASUKE 32, and we would have seen more than just an old obstacle brought back.

I would have preferred if they had kept the Swap Salmon Ladder around longer. The current Salmon is terrible and just boring, no unique twists in its design just up down.

I would've personally done without the DQ rule to see if at least Nagano could beat the Backstream at his age (obviously Idk how good a swimmer he is but considering his profession as a boat captain).

I loved the swap salmon ladder, except for the silly dq rule. It was a much better obstacle than the up & down one, which is basically easy mode.

Honestly if the DQ rule wasn't a thing then a lot of competitors will be failing the Backstream or Wall Lift/Passing Wall. Those obstacles were deadly during the time. Maybe one or two more clears but not much major changes

So you like the obstacle that took away Kenji Takahashi's 100% clear rate at that time, and took out 2 all stars that no one has ever got to see how they could've done if it wasn't for the BS rule? Then why are you asking this in the first place? The obstacle was "okay" to me, but there were flaws that make the obstacle really bad. Both design and rules. If they say you can't have the bar go sideways, they could've done something with it, like making the first rung disappear by the time you successfully transition to the second rung, then competitors would actually fall down. But really, I never liked it or liked it, but after seeing Sasuke 30, I personally think that it's a flawed obstacle, robbing runs that we never got to see how the competitors would've done.
