I don't know the real numbers, but the G4 version of 15 was Hurdle-Jump-fail-after-Hurdle-Jump-fail, and the last jump did seem pretty tricky. Plus, I love the obstacle so it deserves some sort of "best" award

I know it doesn't matter in the slightest, since I doubt anyone would pick it, but you missed the Dome Steps from Sasuke 25.

Am I the only one that thinks the Long Jump? It may not have been the deadliest, but it had a mental factor (actually being able to commit to the high speed jump), a raw physical factor that most obstacles lack (building up the necessary speed) and the same nasty injury potential as the Rope Glider, doing in Nagano of all people, pretty much the highest-ticket competitor possible.
