Well it's simple really. Revisiting memory lane back in April of 2014. How did I find it again? It's called Youtube. Why the feeling? Well I mean I just sorta remembered the show and thought, the show hasn't ended as far as I know so let's do a quick recap of everything so Ninja Warrior 17 I started back on. Ah yes I remember you and you and you and you... Ah yes Shingo! I haven't totally forgotten about you! The all stars! Of course! How could I forget! And the rest is history!

I was 5 and it was 2009. I watched American Ninja Challenge and the winner or winners would go to compete on SASUKE. That was when G4 was around. So after watching ANC, I decided to see what the real course looks like. It was 8 at night, and I was watching SASUKE 22 and I saw Yuji Urushihara clear the 3rd Stage. After I saw that, I fell in love with the show. After that day, every weekday at 3:00 (I remembered that because I got out of school at 2:45) I would go home, and turn on G4 and watch SASUKE. The rest was history.

My first experience came from an uncle who had DVR'd some of it when I was about twelve. It was a SASUKE 12 rerun, and the whole show caught my attention. I was like "yo what on earth?"
Then I saw ANW4 (still the best season imo) and I was blown away.

This is almost the exact same story as mine (even down to tournament numbers) Crazy how long ago ANW4 was these days, and the rate that time's been moving in general, really!

Shingo's performance in Sasuke 29 really impressed me.In that tournament, its was not only first time since Sasuke 23 that he reached the second stage and broke his record of Bad luck with hard work and determination, he also matched alot of competitors way out of his league like Yuuji,Ryo,Okuyama,Hishimoto etc.It reminds me of Yamada's comeback in Sasuke 9 alot.

Freaking out when I saw Fukunuma Kai miss the jump to the Salmon Ladder Kudari in SASUKE 31.

Ironically, I first saw Kunoichi on G4 when I was probably around 6 or so. Then I got into SASUKE. Haven't stopped watching since then. Started watching ANW at season 4, fell in love with that too.

Kenjiro Ishimaru reaching the Flying Chute in 21. I screamed seeing him grab the rope but get flung off.

I was very young and small. Got on an aeroplane. Found Ninja Warrior, ANW5 to be exact. That's when I watched the very last episode, where Brian Arnold cleared every obstacle except the Flying Bar
Since then, I've always thought that he should've cleared Stage 3 right there and then.
Another experience (not sure whether this was before or after) was watching Boot Camp and the leaderboard on it, then coming back to ANW years later wondering 'lmao is this really the same show'
