Okay, so im going to the gym tomorrow to start my intense wieghtloss/sasuke training, im porb goin 2 be there for a good 4-5 hrs. any suggestions?

2000 pushups like the Quick Muscle guys do haha. I guess just do as much as you feel that you can do without hurting yourself at all.

i say that you should just try to take it easy your first day stay for like1-2 hours not 4-5 otherwise you'll be so sore you won't go tomorrow or the next couple days

Yeah, but I mean you can get to a point where you're working so ahrd that it's hurting you okmre than it's helping you, you want to push yourself but you don't want to get to the point where your body is straining to keep going.
