Whenever I'm doing pull-ups/dead-hangs from a bar for the past few months I often come up short due to sweaty palms and fingers. I haven't always had this problem but by the 22nd or 23rd pull-up or the 55 second-mark, my hand are always slipping off the bar. It's crazy and I train at least as much as I did before. Partof the reason I prefer ninja workouts to actual training haha! I'm not a chalk person because it's too helpful to make results with it accurate.

Theres really no fix that I know of for sweaty hands except for chalk. And training I think that's fine after you have done the most you can without chalk. Every Ninja gym I go to, strong competitors chalk up even if it's just to play around. Just apart of the human body

Okay, thanks! It's an annoying situation, but if it's normal that makes me feel better. Thank you very much for the advice
