Hey. Just wondering if anyone out there besides me tends to get shin splints when training on a warped wall and if anyone has an easy cure/prevention for this because it is getting really annoying. (Just to provide info, I have a plywood warped wall in my backyard and wear NewBalance Fresh Foam Zante v3s, which were recommended to me online as the best NW shoe, I believe them!)

Never experienced this. How often do you train it? If it's above average and/or you have bad form from running in and not up too powerfully, I could see that being the problem. I think classic wall runs in parkour are notorious for knee/shin pain as well, so it's relatively common. I'd say second best piece of advice is implement a properly spaced out training schedule and the best idea is to look up better form for wall runs (the kind done on like 10 feet tall straight walls). I have a warped wall of my own, the worst I've done is sprain an ankle on it when I was inexperienced. I think it was my third attempt at it ever and it was wet. Like soaked, and I jumped back at too high of a height. Good times. Edit: This still applies IMO even if you are fairly experienced with the Wall and can get up it more often than not. A lot of people have poor form and don't even know it.
