nvm if that help my mind to explode xD I don't think you realize how many of the early ANC/ANW guys are SMF members and I don't think you realize that they got attention on the navis of the tournaments they were involved in So yeah, not only have there been SMFers in the Sasuke Navi, there have already been SMFers on Sasuke itself admit it but I know about Sasuke, ANC/ANW and SMF pretty late. Probably gonna learn about this forum

Does anyone know the Top 15 for Kansas City? (I am fine with spoilers)

Double Spinning Log was a giant killer in both qualis and city finals. Lots of notable people went out on it in city finals, including Ethan Swanson and both the Towers of Power. Also, nobody even got past the Floating Monkey Bars after the Salmon Ladder.
I wasn't there but I heard one person made it to obstacle 9 and another to obstacle 10. But most fell on 8.
Wait so were there zero finishers?

I saw the trailer on YouTube. Wow, I think this might be the hardest Qualifying course ever besides last year's Philadelphia Rolling Thunder insanity!
The second obstacle doesn't look too tough but I think people will be safe and try to build a big swing so they don't stall-out on the punching-bag thing. Others may actually try to launch right to the bag from the slider without rraching out for it and end up whiffing it.
Wow, I did guess this one correctly! Obstacle three looks really tough. Excited to see a new balance obstacle for the first time this year and a trxiky one at that! I'm torn on whether it'd be better to dash across in one sprint or attempt to stop on the Dancing Stones prop between the two logs. Both are risky in their own right!
Always excited to see a fan-entry and this time around we get the grand-prize winner! Cool that ekkerb got to try his obstacle (still waiting to attempt the Nail Clipper🙄) and this one looks good. I'd say it's a bit of an Invisible Ladder and Flying Squirrel combo with the new element of having to push something up thrown into the mix. Really like it and it should be a ninja-killer.
You know it's a scary course when the Bar Hop seems less intimidating than the two previous obstacles.
Also, excited to see three new additions this time!

Definitely has those elements (invisible ladder, etc.) but you can't get as much distance from a backswing on the invisible ladder. If they bring back Crank It Up in the future, I'd love to see a version without a stopper. In other words, you would have to be super technical with your lache to avoid having the handles fall over the crest of the circle. As well, the bar at the end is very strange cause it seems not necessary and is a final grip killer after the entire obstacle. I think it was for safety so you don't lache over the wall, but watch for the last bar to take out some people that would otherwise have passed the obstacle.

That'd be good. I reckon that'd work well in Stage 3. Japan had some very technical obstacles at that point in their stage!

Two things. 1. THEY MENTIONED THE NATIONAL NINJA LEAGUE BY NAME. 2. Hunter, what the hell was that on the barhop. Don't show off on a technique obstacle.

God bless you, ekkerb11, but there really should have only been two cranks. I feel horrible criticizing an obstacle to the designer's face lol EDIT: Just talked to Chris about the NNL reference, he's super excited to say the least!

Also City Finals had 2 cranks. Think they realized it was too tough a bit too late

Crazy editing decision(s).
What would they show Ninjas only cross the broken pipes and not the rest of their run or where they went out?
30 minutes later
The 3rd finish of the night is digested.

Whoa! They let jelani get away with murder on broken pipes. I couldn't see it from the angle I was at, But you cannot shimmy (it was subtle) down like that. Go walk ons!!!!!!!

Is that a change from the old single pipe version of the obstacle? There were several Ninjas that finished the old obstacle in similar fashion in the dark ages of ninja warrior.
