We're not the only people who live stream international programs, where they are is not something we discuss here. The internet is vast.

Half liveblog, half storify lostinube.blogspot.jp/2016/10/2016-sports-danshi-grand-prix-2016.htmlResults: Gaku Sano won again beating Yuki Nomura, Masaki Nomura's son, and Wataru Mori. Finish was Sano, Nomura, Mori. They also (as a tweet showed, it was actually Inui's "team") went to the Ukraine to get Olympic all-around silver medalist Oleg Vernyayev to try the Monster Box. He topped out at 21. A young idol singer, Taishin Hirano topped 22, the first time anyone has passed 20 boxes in the Spodan era. He went for 23 but failed. There was also an announcement that they are going to have a sort of "super" Spodan show (they don't actually use the word professional) that will have professional athletes competing sometime in 2017, possibly during the new year but they didn't say when.

First sportsman I've tried to properly watch, my god it would really benefit being cut to 90 minutes.

Edit: or Sportsman was cancelled and this is some kinda Sportsman Rising?

The actual Sportsman hasn't been on for a few years. That was a Monster 9 property in the end and when Monster 9 went down so did Sportsman. Only Sasuke was saved. Sports Danshi was created by Inui a few years later using only celebs under the name "Sports Danshi". That's where Mori became popular in that arena. It was pretty much copied from Sportsman but with emphasis on boy bands and models as opposed to Pro Sportsman that was professional athletes at their prime. Big difference too. Sportsman is one of my favorites after I found it circa 2008/2009. The All-Stars (Nagano, Shingo and Takeda) actually were in the last of the Sportsman shows when they only did a Monster Box special in 2010. The last Sportsman Champion was Daisuke Miyazaki from like 2009.

{Spoiler} No matter what, Iketani will always be the winner for heart and determination! Still surprising he can keep with Nomura's son

I watched the monster box since this is actually my first taste of how it plays. It was very interesting to watch.
