From my point of view was 32nd tournament worst editing SASUKE since 12 (which was worst). But tournament at all was good (some raising stars, shin sedai defeats, nagano farewell). Hope to see tournament next year. I still hope to see Takeda and Yamamoto in stage two and three if will be stage two still so easy with lot of time. Yeah this may be the easiest 2nd stage ever... o.o Na, 6 had it easier. 6 didn't have the Salmon Ladders or Cross Slider

Maybe someone like Rider can answer this for me?
Was that the fuckin yugioh theme playing for Sasuke Sensei in stage 3? Because it sure as hell sounded like it.

Something that came to my mind is that the All-Stars' performance stood very well next to the one the New Stars managed. Shingo failed the Double Pendulum, an obstacle that Hioki and Yuuji failed to complete. Takeda started showing signs recovery as he timed out in Soritatsu Kabe (I need clarification though as he reached there with lots of time left if anyone can answer that). I really liked the looks of that performance and it stings me that we didn't see it as this result almost equalled the one Kanno and Matachi achieved. Nagano had one of the best runs of the day (10th-11th out of 100 possibly), which was only below Kawaguchi's amazing performance. Overall, they went further than the New-Stars cumulatively as Asa failed the TIE Fighter. I was pretty happy about them. Hopefully they'll be better in 33, now that they have to carry the name. Takeda being Takeda if he takes this seriously he can reach the 3rd Stage again, but to me it seems like he's had it rough for some time. Still love his cocky face though lol.

^Takeda's popped collar during his run and countless outfits of the day were hilarious. I really wish we got to see his run. He used to be my favorite competitor, and is still in my top 3 today.
I would like to know how his run was. If it was smooth, time consuming, how much time he actually had before the wall, etc. Maybe Arsenette or lostinube could answer that.
Sato Jun has gotten really strong btw. If he starts training for the cliffhanger he could be one of the elite today. He's always been good on Stage 1, but now he's got the upper body for the harder early Stage 3 obstacles.

So they've done reruns in the past where they show runs they didn't show during the broadcast, right? Are they gonna do that this year?

Also, the hell happened to Kouji Hashimoto? I just realized it's been a loooong time since we saw him. Him, Lee, and Okuyama missing is quite sad since they were some of the more consistent competitors in the shin-sasuke shin-shin-Sasuke era. He has retired from SASUKE as he couldn't handle the pressure of being a "Shin Sedai" . Nagano and now Kouji . Farewell friends .

Sasuke has only done three reruns ever: for 23, 24 and 30. 23 (as a way to help promote 24) and 24 (celebrating Yuuji's win before 26) were heavily edited down broadcasts. 30 was the only one where it was longer than the original broadcast and that was because it was the 30th Anniversary tournament. Of all the tournaments to re-air, it wouldn't be the one with one of the worst receptions.

For the sake of accuracy, are the "results" listed on Sasukepedia for cut runs correct? It's entirely possible that whoever edited that information in was told by a reliable source, but it would be much more reassuring having said results confirmed by someone here who we can trust.
Specifically, it's the results for Jin, Liao, and Shinya that I'm wondering about (I already know Perry's result has been discussed in considerable detail).

Source of those were lostinube mentioned them during the live chat, he was present during the event. I think it was also mentioned Akiyama Reina made it to the Double Pendulum and Texan in Tokyo failed the Orugooru if I remember correctly

I wonder if every result will be revealed like they did in SASUKE 30...

As rider mentions, I did give a few results in the chat:
Jin: Orugoru Perry: Time Up on the Lumberjack Climb Reina Akiyama: Double Pendulum Grace Mineta: Orugoru
For the life of me, I can't remember what happened with Shinya and Liao.

I wonder if every result will be revealed like they did in SASUKE 30... The only reason we know all the results for 30 is because it is the only version with almost all the runs either on the DVD or on youtube in addition to the broadcast.

Oh nelly. Not really sure how to react to this tournament as a whole.
Love that Drew crushed the UCCH (I seriously didn't think anyone was going to pull it off on the first try) but man that broadcast pacing was a travesty.
Stage two was specifically weird editing-wise but I honestly think I preferred that over seeing extended runs of everyone on a too-easy stage 2. So in this case it was less a fault of the editing rather than a time limit setting issue.

Sasukepedia says that Liao and Shinya failed there...could be wrong though Yeah that's not a source... I need to know where whoever edited it got it from, unless someone can confirm

Unless he has access to way more information than we do, I'm ruling these fake results.
