I remember this. It's "Saruke" a parody using Sasuke competitors. It reminds me of Pro Sportsman No. 1 more than anything. Mr. Sasuke, Wakky, Hiromichi Sato, and a chimp? That's a win win situation for me.

I remember watching this a while back. And htey showed part of it on Attack of the Show which is how I knew about Saruke.
