I haven't seen any results for this one but in one of the trailers you can see what looks like looking like he's about to fail from the Floating Log obstacle. Can't lie, this is a strange feeling, going into an ANW episode and not knowing the results. EDIT: Kinda weird since I was assuming he was in LA, but the floating logs aren't in this regional. Maybe it wan't even him.

If anyone finds the full episode on YouTube could they provide a link please? I'll do the same if I find anything.

Is it weird I usually don't start watching until City Finals? It just seems pointless until then, as you are essentially watching the same course twice. I wish they did it like Sweden where it was Qualifiers, then that city's Finals the next episode, THEN move on to the next city. It would keep the momentum going between weeks.

I think it should be like that. But with one difference, they have the Regional Finals air the very next day.

A number of people here find the qualifier unbearable due to number of Captain Tornado people that get a fluff piece and don't move on while vets get digested. (Although let's be fair, a lot of the digested vets will get pieces on the city finals where they only have 30 runs to show)

I think it should be like that. But with one difference, they have the Regional Finals air the very next day. Wouldn't work. That's why they did for ANW4, they had 2 days in a row with one on G4 and the next on NBC. The reason they show one show a week (which honestly is still kind of a steal with 2 hours a week) is that at least here in 'Murica there are 4 different TV seasons, one for each season of the year...some shows might only have an 8 episode season and not make the full season, so they'll pick up with another show that might be 19-20 episodes to cover that timeslot. ANW is one of their big summer shows and they will drag it out as long as possible to get ratings...I want to guess this season will get 16-17 episodes, and if the ratings are as good as they were last year, NBC will be thrilled. Damn that sounded like Arsenette

The Captain Tornado count remains a 0.
There was a horse trainer who failed the first obstacle, but his video piece was far from the inspirational sort. As it went on, I thought it was going to turn into something we're not allowed to see on TV, something not safe for anywhere, ever.

Jessie was awesome. Saw someone on another forum say she should've been POM run of the night and I'm tempted to agree but I can't take anything away from the Bull's performance. Disappointed we didn't see more of Alan Connealy, Nicholas Coolridge, Brian Kretsch (Especially after what he went through last year) and a few others. Happily this season is when the women come into their own.

Jessie is the best female athlete in ANW IMO. Great on city courses, great in Vegas and great on team ninja warrior. Meagan is a close second. I'm tempted to say that if either were present on the Dallas city finals course that Kacy beat, they would've cleared and in a faster time too.

The first dude is the Red Ranger! And they don't mention him being on ANW 6 Venice, when he got to the city finals...

I mean he was FF'd failing the Monkey Peg in qualifying, failed the Spinning Wheel in finals, and ANW6 was before Dino Charge started, I forgot he even competed (at the same time now I know why I got that odd feeling I had seen him somewhere before when I saw Dino Charge for the first time, ANW lol )

Can Matt stop saying "History has been made!" Like, even change up the words. "BLANK just made history!" would be better. It just sounds like they have a Matt Iseman soundboard up in the tower or something.

{Spoiler}Yup. Just watched the episode and it only affirmed my views on Jessie. She is definitely a top-notch competitor and honestly should've received run of the night over Bull IMO. Not saying he didn't deserve it, but either way it would have been a good choice.

As an additional note, if the obstacle names were up to me, going by some suggestions on the forums and my own ideas, the names would be: 1) Pinball Steps. 2) The Pendulum. 3) Escalator Run. 4) Ring Rack. 5) I-Beam Cross. 6) Great Wall.

Escalator seemed like a cool concept but damn, it took out ONE aired competitor and that's amazing to me
