It's expected to just miss Pittsburgh to the south. To those affected by the snow storms, stay safe and warm!

Great.. now we are getting more snow than expected.. they are forecasting 18-24... granted I'm right on the line for 12-18 but the bigger problem is that I'm closer to that mix line where instead of fluffy snow we are getting waterlogged snow with 30mph winds.. uuuuuuuuugh I expect to lose power for a least 2-3 days.. ya'll remember the disaster I had with even a thunderstom.. I'm not looking forward to this..

Still waiting on the reports of how much we got.. ya'll in Baltimore are around 3 feet? Geez.. I know I'm near 2 feet but the snowdrifts are wicked.. in front of us looks like nothing happened but I open my door and realized I have all of their snow.. I think we are at 3 feet or more in front of the door of the apartment.. Behind the building my hubby's car is under 6 feet of snow... /facepalm

As if 6 or 7ish there was 24 inches down, it still has been falling although not as heavily, I assume probably 25ish so far?

I lucked out. I got about 15 inches correction 18 inches / 46 centimeters of snow because I was part of the "lull" in the storm. Philadelphia (the closest of the cities in my area) got over 20 inches. There was a huge pocket of dry air right over our area (yay) but everyone west and south of us got like 2-3 feet of snow.. I'm just thrilled we didn't lose power and we didn't have that heavy snow they were predicting. Down the shore.. not so much.. they got record rain and flooding.. So yeah lucked out with powdery light snow that didn't rip down power lines. That's good considering the wind was crazy.. we had like 40 mph winds at one point.. I'm stoked! Temps are going to go to the 40's by midweek so we are going to get all this stuff out of the area pretty fast.
