LOL yes he does. Then again I'm biased.. I don't like facial hair... ehem..   One last photo of the full team. Btw Inui is back in Japan so any updates you want for the show check out the SNWID Twitter feed. They've been spamming a lot of stuff and I would think during taping which starts today iirc. |

Hopefully no issues with haze arise. That would be a SASUKE first, but not in a good way. Haze was pretty bad for a while in the region. (Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia). Thank crying heavens that Malaysian weather postponed the ASEAN Cup team event! Torrential rain soaked and soggied everything (safety pads, wooden obstacle parts, etc), so we started later in the afternoon. USA, Japan, and Taiwan were all grateful, as we'd all gotten pretty hammered together the night before! |

 Sasuke Indonesia 70% built. Btw.. for those of you who know of my obsession with VIKING's Ultimate plank.. I got a small version of it AND on Stage 2 (Video 3 btw)! LOL (Ube noted I did actually break Inui.. ahhahahahaha ehem.. )  I'll write a blog about it later. This is the picture I sent him for the obstacle contest last year. Arsenette, I don't know if you've ever seen this, but Tony Torres built a pretty ultimate plank at Alternate Routes by Baltimore. I'm not sure what the count is for completions at this point, but it's a b****! Here's a vid of a kid doing part of it (sorry if this is slightly off topic. Ummmm...... Angkor Wat?? err....) I have seen stuff like that (not this particular one though so thanks for the video!) but I prefer the ones where you can't use your feet to help balance you out. Still though, that's pretty sick that the kid did it that far up in the air with no harness or water hazard below him! I mean.. I used to do this when I was a kid (mine was on an angle so my feet never touched walls..) but that's a lawsuit in most places these days. LOL Still though, that's a sick pegboard and what that kid did very few people can do! So my hats off to him. I wish more of them existed! ♥ |

Domino Hill! WHY DID IT HAVE TO BE DOMINO HILL (I friggin hate that obstacle  )! Whaaaatt!?!? Booooo!! Domino Hill is my second favorite obstacle all-time (second to Flying Chute). It's pretty much the only balance obstacle that you can't just speed-beast through (although you could on the ANW version because they built it poorly). Like, even the showboaters and John Browns out there would have to go really slow over it. |

Sounds like someone didn't watch much Banzuke, people sped through the first two sections all the time and those people who rushed mainly were stopped by the third section where it lifts up and becomes unstable, this version is all one level so people can probably speed through this one. |

This course looks insane! I like the really weird mix of obstacles like Domino Hill and the Super Vault. I just hope they won't dumb down the difficulty of the course as a whole. Tbh, the courses in Vietnam and Indonesia seem more likely to take risks and go all out oddball, so I quite like it. This looks better than the Sasuke 31 course in my opinion...

Premiere episode was decent. Had to get used to with the announcer voices too... First stage had Quintuple Steps,Rope Grip,Domino Hill and Rope Ladder. Domino Hill had the highest fail ratio for this episode (cmiiw). Second Stage isn't airing yet here, but why did I spot rolling maruta and log grip on the trailers...dunno why. Here's a web stream from the broadcaster to watch the show, the show will air Sundays at 16:30-18:00, GMT+7. By the way, another trial video : |

Hell I even made a playlist of them so people could see the whole course. It's all there but I guess he didn't read any other post before his. Love ya Geoff but you totally missed that. |
