Which all-stars do you think are the most capable of getting to stage 2? My vote is for Toshihiro Takeda.

It is not just one person, so make more votes possible.

Shingo's on a hot streak as of late. If the music box doesn't screw him over he'll make stage 2, my opinion of course.

Last time I check he isn't an all star... yes Drew is super good but how did you make the assumption that he is part of the All Stars lol

lol..yamada isn't even competing, bunpei, is pretty much retired. takeda, i think he can still do it. shingo, well if he doesn't even make any mistakes, then yes. akiyama, we all know he retired. nagano, well he's in great shape, as long as he can still get up and over the wall in 1 or 2 tries, he will make it to the second stage.

Yamada's done for. Akiyama and Bunpei are retired. The only ones left are Shingo, Takeda and Nagano. They're all perfectly capable of making it, but Shingo and Nagano are the two best chances because I'm worried Takeda will do something stupid (in ALL of his Rising attempts he's failed in ridiculous ways).

And as a reminder to new people - don't derail threads. Especially during tournament time, mods will use the hammer to keep order.

I don't think any of them will fail Stage 1. Just my gut feeling.
Out of all 3 I think Shingo has the best chances though. He trains pretty well and hasn't shown signs of aging like Nagano and Takeda have.

I feel like Takeda probably gonna do well, But I don't high prayers for him to completing Stage 2. *Cough* Kudari Salmon Ladder *Cough*
Nagano, for all we know, has probably past his prime. I feel like He can get to stage 2. But I don't know if he can swim lol.
Shingo, has the best chances of all to get to stage 3. He's been getting bad luck on the Backstream. I feel like 3rd time's the charm. I want to see him back into Stage 3 if he can do it.

Based on Sasuke 30 all three remaining All-Stars probably have a decent chance, but personally I'm rooting for Shingo to do the best out of them all, not least because he hasn't been in the Third Stage since 23 and hasn't had an injury-free run since 17, which is practically 10 years ago!
That and he keeps appearing in all of Tada's training videos on YouTube, so it seems he's trying really hard to finally go into Stage 3, never mind 2.

All 3 of them have a good shot. That being said, the Barrel Climb is a very random obstacle and now that our All-Stars are a bit older, a little slip-up could mean an early exit. Hopefully they remember the technique as well as they used to--Shingo has had a lot of experience on the obstacle of course, but Nagano for instance only had to deal with it ONCE.
I think Bunpei would have had his chances in this edition as well, if he hadn't kept his word on retiring. :/

Yamada's out of the question especially since we know he's been banned from SASUKE. Other than that, they all have a nice chance, and I feel Shingo's got it if he beats the Music Box.

So much love for Yamamoto-san! So pretty much EVERYONE thinks he has the best chance because he's the second youngest and the youngest acts older? Interesting... I hope for success from the all stars. Before you ask I voted Shingo but I would put votes on Takeda and Nagano too. ^^
