So recently me and three friends began work our own Four-Stage Sasuke style course. The main aims are for it to be safe, challenging, fairly cheap and above all portable. I am the only one with a garden, and it's only big enough to hold one stage at a time. So all the obstacles we aren't using will be taken apart and put in my shed (they will be easy to dismantle). However, this means no warped wall (shame) and no Spider walk obstacles.
Obviously this his also means I can't build a friggin massive tower for stage four. But we really wanted a four stage experience. So our stage four is a selection of obstacles from the previous stages that are much harder than the originals.
In tags below are what we're planning to make. I hope to cross obstacles off the list as we finish them.
The Plan
Stage 1: Speed/Agility
Time Limit: 1 minute
Quad Steps
Mini-Zipline (Walls to lift legs over)
Balance Junction
Rope Junction
Pipe Slider
Crate Climb
Stage 2: Skill/Balance
Time Limit: 1 minute 30 seconds
Long Jump
Salmon Ladder
Jumping Bars
Balance Tank
Chain Swing
Extreme Crate Climb
Stage 3: Strength/Stamina
Time Limit: 5 minutes
Arm Rings
Ring Toss/Peg Board
Globe Grasper
Cliffhanger
Flying Bar
Insane Crate Climb
Stage 4: Final Test
Time Limit: None, just clearing the course is hard enough.
Ultimate Quad Steps
Ultimate Arm Rings
Ultimate Balance Tank
Ultimate Salmon Ladder
Ultimate Cliffhanger
Ultimate Crate Climb
Any advice or feedback is massively appreciated. This will be a long project but with four of us it should be done in under a year (we have plenty of free time).
EDIT: Arm Rings and Long Jump have now swapped positions. Balance Beam proved too easy so we created 'Balance Junction' which is a frickin monster with three increasingly narrow beams of different heights and 1.5 meter gaps between the beams. Still not been cleared but I'm sure it's possible (not a very original name but we're working on it).
