I 've been meaning to start a thread about lache-ing. I 've been training for ninja warrior since last December and I've come to the conclusion that lache -ing (and variations) is one of the most important movement skills that you need to develop if you wish to do well on ninja warrior. Lacheing from/to ropes, cannon balls, nunchucks, bars, ledges, cargo nets, curtains, you name it. You have to be very comfortable throwing yourself in the air as far and as high as possible without hesitations. I don't really have a very specific goal in mind with starting this thread, but I just wanted to dedicate this thread to lache-ing. You can share your expertise, training, videos, make up challanges, whatever.
