Would everyone like to make a collective send in, as in we submit obstacles here, critique them, choose the best and have a member who's good at art volenteer to draw them and send them all in the same package. That way we save the trouble of all of us sending in seperate drawings and we could give a nice "on behalf of SMF" letter to the producers. That's a super good idea. Maybe Ube or Jin can send it on our behalf. I can sort of speak Japanese but since I don't live there I suck lol

Guys.. talk to the man in charge. Just ask him where to send it and if you can use email.

They sound pretty strict about getting it on paper, plus I'd like to see everyone's ideas (a little preview if any of our's get picked).
I'll start off with the hook hang, the first obstacle in this video:

For what it's worth, TBS just announced this as an "international" contest.

It was always an international contest. The original text states that it's opened to everyone all over the world. Sorry if that wasn't clear. I figured that people would realize that since I was posting it here that it was open to all.

Derp. I'm tired.
I guess my point was that perhaps there will be some other method accepted besides snail mail.

Actually, I just realized that there is but you need a Nico Nico account to do so. If you click where it says: スマートフォンからの番組へのメール投稿はコチラから it will take you to a page where you can write in a box (the limit is 8192 characters) and upload a file of up to 3mb for a picture and 10mb for a video. They don't say what kind of file formats to use.

I have some great ideas, that I just need to figure out how to illustrate without Paint and then submit. They're sure to get picked! sasukehipsters.blogspot.se/2015/03/new-obstacle-ideas.htmlNah, jokes aside, this is a great contest, and I hope people are making obstacles that will be hilarious watching people fail. Anything where people flail hopelessly before hitting the water is a great obstacle in my book.

Well, mine is off in the mail! Just in time, too. It's drawn with regular pencil on yellowed drawing paper. A few captions printed in half-decent auto-translated Japanese (all I had time for...) are attached to it. I'll show it to y'all *after* the deadline...

I know of one more that they have as well. Legit question, do we know the exact time of the Nico Nico broadcast? I know the first post says the 12th (which I think is safe to assume is JST) but do we know the exact time of the broadcast or has that not been announced yet?

It's happening the 13th in Japan at 5AM (why that early, no clue) so 4PM Eastern/3PM Central on the 12th.

Ahahahahaha I love the title of your thread because this is basically a maniac's wet dream. I'm happy they are doing little things like this to keep relevant and to drum up interest in Sasuke 31. Edit: Post a blog entryFriday, March 13, 2015 - 05:00 AM JST 4:00 PM (Eastern Daylight Time) (THURSDAY Afternoon) 1:00 PM (Pacific Daylight Time) (THURSDAY Afternoon) Please note the time-change for Daylight Saving)

I can't believe I missed that post... I feel stupid... I guess that's what I get for worrying too much about what to submit rather than everything else...

You know how it is around here. If it's not directly posted here, it didn't happen.
