About a year ago I had posted a video of myself doing a course of stage 3 type obstacles, for the the few who saw it I had it somewhere in the training boards. This year I'm doing the same thing, the goal is to see progress each year. Last year I didn't come close to beating my course. This year I made the course 8 obstacles (11 last year), I even made a few obstacles tougher than they used to be. Once again I managed to take supppperr long breaks between obstacles lol, something I need to work on, but I was mostly just aiming for completion. Any ideas on how to improve the course difficulty, how to get better at the obstacles, and anything else would be great! (Note: my "vertical limit" is the shin- cliff looking thing I do, the ledges are between 1.25- 1.50 cm though)

Nice work! Keep it up.
I might recommend a weight vest to make everything harder.
Also they give you 30 seconds rest MAX on the show in-between obstacles FYI. (Unless you are a girl or over 50)

Thx, ( btw your course looks sick dude). Adding a weight vest is a great idea, never even thought of adding weights, I've got a bunch of ankle weights so I'll use those. My endurance is crap so I really need to work on resting less inbetween obstacles. They change the rest limit if your a girl or over 50? Never knew that., but I'm only 17 so I'll just stick to doing 30 sec rests lol

Hiya Evan, good job on the course, it looks awesome! One thing you good do is to time how long your rests are in between obstacles and gradually over time reduce your rest times (like reduce it by a second a time but after a while this will build up). To make the first obstacle a bit harder put a chair or box at the end and only give yourself 10 seconds of rest until you have to come back on the doorknob grasper (combines 2 obstacles into 1, take less rest in the middle, more rest after the obstacle). 3rd obstacles looks perfect and awesome . 4th obstacle's good too Crazy cliffhanger you could maybe go into salmon ladder but that would be insane Grip Hang is pretty cool, if it would be possible to do the unstable bridge technique on it that could always make it harder but I'm not sure if it is possible with them beams near the top VL looks hard as hell so dont change it! Pipe Slider looks cool too, maybe do it there and back twice but with a bigger jump? It's really cool and you've done a great job, good luck with your training ^^

Thx dude, I've tried doing the unstable bridge techinuqe on my grip hang, doesn't work with the beams above it as well as the top of the bolts from the globe grasps sticking out. VL is super hard and it hurts your fingertips a ton. I've added another VL ledge on one of the beams at the end of the globe grasps, so I'm thinking in the future I could do, single globe grasps transfer to the VL ledge, the turn around on it and do the globe grasps coming back. But thanks for the feedback!

Are you doing weight training and cardio training on just obstacles ? If you are not you should it will help with defeating the course.
I would also like to say sweet course you built
