Just wanted to let everyone know about the launch of www.NinjaWarriorPodcast.com. The weekly podcast features athlete interviews, obstacle tips, training advice and outside expert help. Give it a listen if you get the chance. Episode 1, now available: Interview with Jason Huewe, creator of the Central California Ninja Warrior Training Course and Highlights from his recent event. What are your BEST/WORST stories or experiences from your time at/on ANW? Whether it be meeting that special someone, dominating the course, making new friends, waking up late and missing your run, getting hassled by security in the walk-on line, freezing your butt off, etc... I'll feature your stories on the next Ninja Warrior Podcast. You can reply here, on FB ( www.facebook.com/ninjawarriorpodcast ) or even leave a voice mail directly from your computer via SpeakPipe ( www.ninjawarriorpodcast.com/contact/ ).

Great first episode! I wish we had that legit of a course in the south east. Also something you can add to your podcast this week, is Flexfit gym in Lilburn, GA will be hosting a 1st stage ninja warrior tournament this Saturday March 8th at 10:00am EST. Anyone can go and they have quite a few obstacles. I think it's about $20 a person. Google their gym or go to Facebook to see details!

Episode 2 is now available: Episode 2 features the inspiring story of Desmond Odom and how his commitment to training for, and ultimately competing on, American Ninja Warrior changed his life. Stories from past competitors (mostly horror stories) on what to expect and how to better prepare for the REAL first obstacle: simply getting on the course and waiting for your run. www.ninjawarriorpodcast.com/interview/episode2/
