Basically there's a lot of people that visit this site daily and all are looking for two things (actually one...when they or if there's a new competition) and information. I would have never known about Alpha Warrior if it wasn't for this site. So, I decided to start a project just for the hell of it to give people guidance for training. Because lifting in front of a mirror and making faces gets old after a while. Also, there's a lot places/park that are unknown to folks. So..........let's get started. Mods, if this worth a sticky.....I don't know, you decide. Name Address Price.....if any Hours What obstacle(s) Website....if one exist for the place. In reality, anything can be seen as an obstacle, but let's try to stick with Ninja Warrior type obstacles. I'll start Name: Tempest Free-running Academy Address: 19821 Nordhoff Place #115 Los Angeles (Northridge), CA 91311 Price: $10 during open gym Hours: M-Thur 3PM to 11PM, Fri 4PM to 9PM, Sat 9AM to 5PM. SUNDAY CLOSED Obstacle(s): Ultimate Cliff Hanger, Salmon Ladder, Warp Wall Website: tempestacademy.com/Name: FireStorm Free-running Address: 2533 S. Main St., Santa Ana, CA 92707 Price: I don't know. I will find out when I visit Hours: M-Thur 3:30pm to 11pm, Fri: 3:30pm to 6:30pm Sat: 9am to 7:30pm, Sunday: 6pm to 8:30pm Obstacle(s): Cliff Hanger, The Rope and probably some others the pictures on the site is not showing. Website: firestormfreerunning.com/If you have photos.....slap them, if you have any additional information for some of these location....slap them.

678 Gym (just changed it's name from FlexFit gym) Lilburn, GA.
Just google them for the rest of the information. I went to their gym when they hosted a ninja warrior tournament and it was great!! They had about 40 people come and Ryan Stratis was there. They have some pretty legit obstacles too! Double salmon ladder on to unstable bridge, quad steps, warped wall, ultimate cliff hanger, rolling escargot, SliderJump, flying nunchucks! And a couple of small other things. Defintely worth going out there. It's like $10 or $15 to go for the day so give them a look. I will try to post my run on most of the obstacles.

If anyone lives near GA or somewhere near the south east, contact me if you want to train. None of my friends find interest Sasuke and it gets lonely training alone.
