To watch this without access to the TVAnts channel listing, have TVAnts installed and enter tvants:// followed by the address in your browser.
I'm not bitter at all that I had to go through a long process to get TVAnts working with minimal troubleshooting help and eventually find this, rather than someone just posting that address out of their player when I asked for it. Not at all bitter.

I am so sorry you had to go through that. I must have been lucky to have it work the first time. If it hadn't I'd be bald from pulling my hair out.. I'm not that patient with learning new tech..

Half of everything is luck, blind. Antz has always worked for me and I don't have internet with a successful track record.

I did this, it opened TBS, however I did this at a time where it was not offered in the channel listing and it still did'nt play.
Anyway to get it to work in this instance?

If it wasn't offered as a channel that probably means that whoever usually streams the station wasn't on at the time. It's not an automatic thing. Someone has to be at the other end. Short of calling the person up and asking them why they aren't streaming, there's pretty much nothing you can do.

Well I tried it (it was up at that time obviously) and even though it's technically a whole time out (120 seconds, 2 minutes, get it?) behind, the quality was pretty good when it ran perfectly.

Gahh... I still can't get TVAnts to work. What exactly do you mean my "Address in you browser"? Because the only time it worked for a little is when I put the address in your post into the url. But then it went away. And it won't come back.

Explicity...

^ That into the URL bar. It should open a window in TVAnts and attempt to buffer the channel. If it doesn't work, it's either blocked somehow (firewalls, etc) or you need a new Socks5 proxy.

All it loads is a 10 second talk show clip, followed by 2 commercials, and everytime I click on TBS, thats all I get. The same clip, and the same commercials. Either TBS is a repetitive channel, or something is wrong. Anyone know whats up?

Well, it doesn't really matter that I can't get TVAnts working now... work just scheduled me on the 30th. I'm pissed, but it's not like I could watch it live anyway... at least I don't think so.
Gah... Please tell me someone is recording this? I'd like to see it in the way I recorded 21: 1 large piece with commercials and all, in as high of quality as possible. Can someone do that?

We got it covered. JNet is the cleanest option and it's all one file. Might be a few days before everyone gets coordinated, etc. but yeah it's being worked on.
