They asked Akbar Gbaja-Biamila this question around the [8:09] mark in the podcast below, and he says, "Every athlete [that] comes out there, they are tested. They are tested. So you're not going out there on steroids." www.nfl.com/podcast/dameshek-podcast/1373578687000/detailWho knows how effective the ANW test is? Do the ANW producers conduct year-round random drug tests like the World Anti-Doping Agency? I doubt it.

Ryan Stratis said there are no drug tests. I've never experience any either. They do extensive background checks though.

Did ANW start conducting anti-doping tests this year, or is it still "Don't ask, don't tell, don't care?"

No drug tests. Unless there's a guy hiding in the porta potties secretly collecting our pee.

No drug tests. Unless there's a guy hiding in the porta potties secretly collecting our pee. Okay that's the most hilarious thing I've read all day.

No drug tests. Unless there's a guy hiding in the porta potties secretly collecting our pee. Uh oh... I thought I was imagining things when I thought I saw a guy in a scuba suit in the hole...

No drug tests, but there was a competitor that made it to semis that they didn't let compete because they found out he had been arrested in the past for possession of Marijuana.

If they are going to start testing, they better provide a list. Different sports/leagues have different banned substances (many of which are harmless), so something that is relatively harmless could get you booted.
