Chicago is a good idea, but I'm not sure about adding a 5th city.

I think he means Chicago being one of the 4 cities instead of adding a 5th city (the idea being that ANW would be on a rotating schedule, which I'd like anyway).

I'd be more than happy with an ANW in Chicago.

Excellent idea, but hopefully, it'll come to my home state of Kentucky.

As long as they come back to Baltimore too, It's great to just get on the train and go to ANW, which was an amazing weekend (and thursday) for me

The rumor I've heard from some sources is there are going to be 5 regions this year. I would think this would include a central location course, since of most of them are usually on the coast(excluding denver). If they did come to Chicago that would be awesome! Hopefully they would save it for last to maybe give us a chance of not freezing to the metal obstacles. And it would also be bad a** because I live in the burbs of Chicago

Chicago is fine... I prefer Denver or Kansas City/St. Louis though. I'd be happy to meet up with people like tcm and chief if they came out to watch (granted I get accepted).

Space I don't think would be an issue. Grant Park would be perfect. Heart of the city, close by a tourist attraction (Millennium Park) and a landmark (Sears Tower, not calling it that "other" name). *I do not advocate the act of truancy. Stay in school, kids.

If it's in Chicago (or anywhere in the midwest for that matter), I'm going.

If I had to guess where they'd put a fifth region, Chicago sounds about right. Maybe St. Louis as well. Nevertheless, I hope they shuffle the regions around a bit, since having LA and Miami every year will get boring.

Hell yeah, sounds like a lot of forum members would be attending if it were in chicago.
