I was scrolling through TV channels today and noticed SyFy was showing the Mid-South finals of ANW. Is there a possibility that ANW could move to SyFy?

I've been watching the marathon and they've been having commercials for ANW on Esquire, I think that's 'staying' the home. I think this ANW4 marathon on SyFy is just like how they showed ANW2 shortly before ANW3 to hype things up

Agreed Rider. I've been watching it with my family for a few hours, and from the commercials I gather that Comcast is going to keep ANW on the Esquire network when it launches. I don't think they're going to keep regular Ninja Warrior though.

I actually saw it too. I heard they said that they will show ANW on the Esquire Channel. I'm now thinking they might also show Sasuke. If they don't, PLEASE let SyFy broadcast Sasuke from now on.

I don't really care about Ninja Warrior as long as we get SASUKE RISING subtitled Unless you're referring to a fan-made subtitled copy of Sasuke Rising; that's exactly what Ninja Warrior is, with the notable exceptions of errors in translation, out of order competitor runs, terrible on-screen graphics, and massive amounts of cuts of competitor runs. And after watching this marathon, I gathered the following thoughts ( some of which I may be late to the party on), mind you I never watched a single episode of ANW4 nor participated in it's discussion: - The Esquire Network that's replacing G4, will keep "American Ninja Warrior" while "Ninja Warrior" may be entirely abandoned (leaving everything after Sasuke 27 as non-existent in the Ninja Warrior format). I could be wrong about the Ninja Warrior part though, they might do that thing where they show it 3-6 months later. - American Ninja Warrior, from now on, may never send competitors to Japan again as the Las Vegas finals course is their attempt to replicate the entire Japan experience without the cost of sending competitors to Japan. They even called the Vegas course "Mount Midoriyama" (ignoring the errors in grammar), leading competitors and audience (both on-location and television viewers) on that they might go to Japan still by constantly mentioning "Mount Midoriyama" then quickly switching the gears by going back to the Vegas course. In essence, the Vegas course is their "Mount Midoriyama." I just don't see Comcast taking the time to bother TBS for slots nor the logistics of sending competitors to Japan ever again to compete on the course in Japan when it's likely cheaper to ship the sets over here for a temporary competition (ANW); but that's my opinion on the matter and I could be wrong.

I unfortunately agree with you Kenji Especially with the debacle from Rising.. I don't see NBC ever sending anyone to Japan again. I HOPE I'm wrong.

Looking at the SyFy schedule, this seems to be a one and done - there's nothing else ANW (or NW) related on their schedule for the rest of this month and into April.
The Esquire Network starts on April 22nd so you'll have to wait until then to see what their schedule is like.

Even if SyFy picked up ANW, I don't think it would really do well their anyways. It just seems ANW wouldn't fit in there.

The Esquire Network is a new network that'll probably be playing ANW on it. NW on the other hand possibly won't be on it. It might, it might not. We all will have to wait and see... But just when I got my dad into Ninja Warrior it was cut from G4.
