Who do you think will have what number in Sasuke 29? I'm guessing Kanno will actually get #100, Yuuji #99, Ryo somewhere in the 90s, and Asa in the 80s. Dunno about everyone else.

Considering all of the people in this list do compete, here are my predictions (or at least what I'm hoping to see): #100: Urushihara Yuuji (I know he hates the pressure, but he's once again got the best shot at beating the course IMO and will hopefully adjust to going last over time) #99: Nagano Makoto #98: Kanno Hitoshi #97: Takeda Toshihiro #96: Asa Kazuma #95: David Campbell #94: Matachi Ryo #93: Li En Zhi #92: Okuyama Yoshiyuki #91: Takahashi Kenji #90: Yamada Katsumi #89: Japanese medalist from the 2012 London Summer Olympics #88: Non-Japanese medalist from the 2012 London Summer Olympics #87: Levi Meeuwenberg #86: Wakky #85: Nakayama Kinnikun #84: Morikami Daisuke #83: Kaneko Yousuke #82: Mohammed Farid Isham (a.k.a. Cat) #81: Brent Steffensen #80: Shiratori Bunpei #76-#79: SASUKE Europe Representatives #72-#75: SASUKE Malaysia and/or Singapore Representatives (other than Cat) #71: Yamamoto Shingo #70: Nagasawa Hidenori #63-#69: SASUKE 29 Trials Qualifiers #62: Ishikawa Terukazu #61: Iketani Naoki #52-#60: Random People #51: Someya Koki #45-#50: Random People #44: Kawaguchi Tomohiro #43: Tajima Naoya #42: Sato Jun #41: Hashimoto Kouji #40: Ito Yoshiki #39: Morimoto Yusuke #38: Kato Ryouma #31-#37: ANW5 Representatives (other than David Campbell, Levi Meeuwenberg, and Brent Steffensen) #30: Akiyama Kazuhiko #17-#29: Random people #16: Kishimoto Shinya #5-#15: Random people/comedians #4: Tomino Keita (he really deserves the chance to compete after so many unsuccessful attempts at qualifying, and should wear this number since he's UNCLI #4 ) #3: Torisawa Katsuhide #2: Harashima Masami #1: Kuramochi Minoru (epic start to the tournament! )

I agree with your comments that Yuuji should not be #100, but he DEFINITELY should be #100 in Sasuke 30, so his start position will actually be #3000!
For Sasuke 29: 100-Kanno 99-Someone Old (like Shunsuke or Kane) 98-American (preferably David Campbell) 97-Yuuji 96-Ryo 95-Asa 94-Wakky 93-Li En Zhi 92-Kinnikun 91-Someya 90-Nagano (All-Stars should not be the moneyshot of Sasuke 29)
Other All-Stars Wanting to Come Back: Yamamoto-50's Takeda-80's or 40

1It's difficult, since what I think, and what I'd give, myself, are quite different. So...
Urushihara: I think: 100, I'd give: 100 Kanno: I think: 99, I'd give: 97 Kazuma: I think: High 90's, I'd give: 90ish Matachi: I think: 95?, I'd give: 98 (Yeah... apparently I'd go all out on the UNCLI...) Someya: I think: 91, I'd give: 95 Nagano: I think: 96 (Honorable mention for the all stars), I'd give: 99 Takeda: I think: 80ish, I'd give 94 Yamamoto: I think: 70's, I'd give 96 (Well, what can I say? I like Yamamoto) Yamada: I think: 70's, I'd give: EDIT: 91 (Just realised that I would apparently give the 90 twice) Akiyama: I think: 60's, I'd give: 85 Hashimoto: I think: 77, I'd give: 88 Okuyama: I think: 90, I'd give: 90 Takahashi: I think: 68?, I'd give: 80 Li En Zhi: I think: I honestly don't know, I'd give: 50 (Well, after his last 2 runs...)
As a bonus:
Kuramochi: I think: 30, I'd give: 64 (He deserves a high number for once) Harashima: I think: 20 I'd give:40 Aoki: I think: 12, I'd give: 3
And finally:
Torisawa: I think: 5, I'd give: 81 (Hey, last time he got as far as Yamamoto, Akiyama, Li En Zhi, Hashimoto and FURTHER than Takeda)

I honestly think that Kanno will be #100, they know how Yuuji performs at #100.
IF the All Stars return: Takeda- #92 Shingo- #84 Yamada- #50 Nagano- #17 (Because of Sasuke 17) Akiyama- #4 (Because of Sasuke 4)
If the top 10 ANW5 competitors compete (Top ANW3 names as placeholders): David Campbell- #97 Paul Kasemir- #96 James McGrath- #87 Ryan Stratis- #85 Travis Rosen- #81 Brent Steffensen- #77 Travis Furlanic- #74 Jake Smith- #71 David Rodriguez- #69 Drew Drechsel- #62

Sato #100 on your list. He is one of the most overrated competitors in the history of Sasuke.

I honestly think that Kanno will be #100, they know how Yuuji performs at #100. Wouldn't that be a little unfair? He doesn't like that number, so they won't give it him? No other competitors can pick and choose (unless you count Sasuke 18...) Then again, no other competitors are two time champions...

They gave it to nagano all these years even though he didn't want it so i think they'll do the same with yuuji to pump up the shin sedai theme. Sent from my DROID RAZR using proboards

100) Makoto Nagano (I'm calling it right now. They will give him #100 again.) 99) Asa Kazuma (I feel TBS (or whoever the hell is even in charge anymore... I don't even know) will try to build up his appearance. He is definitely a high possibility for a fan-favorite in the future.) 98) Terukazu Ishikawa (He made it to the 3rd Stage in his last performance, and a semi-famous competitor needs a high number.) 97) Wakky (Again, another celebrity spot. He even made it pretty far in the last two competitions when compared to the other 100 competitors.) 96) David Campbell (I feel that him or another top American competitor like him will get invited and be given a high number.) 95. Yoshiyuki Okuyama (He'll be invited back, and be given a high number due to his such high success rate.) 94. Kenji Takahashi (Same as above.) 93. Hiromichi Sato 92. Naoki Iketani 91. Lee Enzhi 90. Kinnikun Nakayama 89. (Random fill-in) 88. Yuuji Urishihara (I personally believe that the New Stars should be placed in the 80's for now on. Top/Highly known competitors should fill in the 90's. The reason I'm placing Urishihara in as 88 is because I heard that the number 88 symbolizes some form of honor or SOMETHING in Japan... so there's my logic behind that.) 87. Hitoshi Kanno 86. Ryo Matachi 85. Kouji Hashimoto 84-80. (Young competitors such as Jun Sato or the dude who failed the swap salmon ladder who have performed well in the past.) 70. Katsumi Yamada (The next four spots that I mention will be reserved for the remaining four all-stars who I believe will continue to compete: 70, 60, 50, and 40.) 60. Shingo Yamamoto 50. Toshihiro Takeda 40. Kazuhiko Akiyama 39-1. (Comedians, women, random freaks, etc.)

This is a weird/unrealistic thought, but what if they made the majority of the stronger competitors go in the first half (or at least a good portion of them, like in 27)? It seems to make Stage 1 more interesting to watch IMO. Also, I'd like to see numbers that usually/always do poorly finally do well for once. I'm tired to seeing mostly numbers in the top half going far---#1 (see my list from before) in the Final Stage would be interesting! P.S.---As of now, there are only 11 starting position numbers yet to clear Stage 1: #4, #8, #12, #15, #16, #21, #26, #27, #33, #36, and #37.

Wow, based on this, they should really number like this! 4. Akiyama (for 4th Tournament Kanzenseiha) 8. Kanno 12. Kinnikun 15. Asa 16. Ryo 21. Shingo 26. Nagano (for 2006 Kanzenseiha) 27. Yamada (for 27th Appearance) 33. Yuuji (for Kanzenseiha at 33) 36. Wakky 37. Takeda (for being 37 years old)

Nagano- #17 (Because of Sasuke 17) Akiyama- #4 (Because of Sasuke 4) Cummon... Mr. Octopus. #80, cause it's his age (close enough) and 8 for Octo ? Nanagno #69, cause that could be a fun position with him Mr. Ninja Warrior #100 cause he always makes me cry now and I can't see the others through the tears?
