This is from the news footage on a TV so it's not the same but hey he got TV coverage And btw the man next to him is Mr. Takasu (one of the 4 brothers) but more specifically the "50" of which he chose to name his ship after He's the main boss/owner/founder of Takasui Corp. And NOT Nagano's father.. LOL

Kind of a pain to get to. On the top of the video section are 3 options on the right. Use the top option for UM.. something.. that opens up the daily news. Then scroll down until you see 魚運搬船進水(5／7) and that should be the one video with the celebration. I can't download it.. but Nagano is shown ever so briefly. This is where those 2 pics from the news came from earlier (this channel).
