lol I know it's ANW4 but at the same time it is completely new and different I was just saying what it seems like to me whether you feel I'm right or wrong its just my opinion on the brand new format the show has taken. One thing I am concerned about is if this means the end of Americans going to Japan Japan's Sasuke 28 doesn't even exist yet so that's not even a part of the equation right now. Besides.. by it's own format ANW4 is perfectly set up for Sasuke 28 if/when it is announced. Nothing is stopping Comcast from sending the top athletes from ANW4 to Sasuke 28 just like they have before. If nothing else it's a huge benefit for NBC to have that event shown in Sasuke 28 giving even more legitimacy to the way USA picks it's entries. Japan is promoting the spin off like there's no tomorrow.. hopefully there will be one.. but honestly since TBS is heavily involved in this one I wouldn't worry about future Sasuke entries from the USA ending.. if nothing else it solidifies that ANW is not going anywhere.

While I love Sasuke, IF it has ended in Japan (it's looking doubtful, but who knows?), then this is the way to keep it alive for American fans. An American Sasuke, with backing by TBS and NBC? It's not perfect, but it is better than nothing.

well thanks for making my day! Teheheeh I figured that was what was bothering you. At least for now all I'm hearing is that they are reforming but to take heart and just wait as Sasuke will be back. Still scary to wait and still frustrating because I can't get an actual confirmation on it either but I am confident simply because of the where I'm getting the information from (meaning recently this person has been 100% reliable). But yes given that TBS is completely on board with this thing there's no reason to believe that the Americans will be left out if/when Sasuke comes back. IF it turns out that they don't then we know that ANW will continue (provided they get the ratings they want out of this experiment). I honestly don't see why they wouldn't given that the parts that drove me to not watch it last year are gone (like boot and eliminating the Japanese from the Japan tournament). We'll have to wait and see. In the meantime TBS will be promoting the hell out of ANW (again.. ) via their tweets as the days get closer to taping the final of ANW4 in Vegas.
