what if like urushihara's close call in 22, after seeing nagano's near kanzenseiha in 23, they decide to reduce the time limit to 35 seconds. Sasuke 24, urushihara reaches to the top of the tower in 36.5 seconds, only he falls short by less than 2 seconds. What changes would have been made to the course?
I think they would have replaced the SCH with the Ultimate Cliffhanger, and replaced the gliding ring with the flying bar.

I doubt they would have done much. They would probably remove the X-bridge with something like the Giant Swing or maybe the Escargot, the Second Stage wouldn't change except maybe the time limit would get further reduced to 80 or so.
The third stage probably wouldn't have changed much at all. The Rope Junction would go in favor of something like the Floating Boards and maybe they would make the Jumping Bars tougher, but I think they were waiting for someone to finally kanzenseiha and end shin-SASUKE so they could move on to the next era. When Nagano was about to beat it again, they didn't do much. I don't see why they would change it this time.
Shin-SASUKE would most likely end in 25, and Kanzen Renewal would start in 26 and so on.

Whatever they would've done, hopefully it wouldn't have enough to keep Takeda out of the Final Stage again. Just saying...
Overall, results-wise I could imagine 15-20 Stage 1 clears, 10 Stage 2 clears, and 7-8 Stage 3 clears, and 2-3 kanzenseihas. And yes, after seeing how the SCH was being put to shame in 23 and 24, I could picture Stage 3 in general getting crushed by a number of recent competitors (the 5 Sasuke 24 finalists, Nagano, Kanno, Tajima, possibly Takeda, and Ryo if he competed and got to Stage 3 since he's an UNCLI member).

I think: Clears: Stage 1- 18, Stage 2- 12, Stage 3- 4, Final- 2 Kanzenseihas. Also, there would be an ANW2 for Sasuke 25.
New Obstacles/changes: Stage 1- Dome Steps, Giant Swing (27 Version), Time limit changed to 115 seconds Stage 2- Skywalk over the Balance Tank, Time limit changed to 75 Seconds Stage 3- Jumping Bars moved to 2nd Obstacle, Shin- Cliffhanger's jump is 150cm (not 100cm), Chain See-Saw as 5th obstacle, no ladders, Gliding Ring is parallel and not descending Stage 4- Nothing
Stage 3 results (Just my opinion) Shane Daniels (Yes, Shane Daniels)- Devil Steps David Campbell- Chain See-Saw Terukazu Ishikawa- Shin- Cliffhanger Levi Meeuwenberg- Gliding Ring Brian Orosco- Shin- Cliffhanger Shingo Yamamoto- Devil Steps Ryo Matachi- CLEAR! Lee En Zhi- Gliding Ring Yoshiyuki Okuyama- Shin- Cliffhanger Kouji Hashimoto - CLEAR! Yuuji Urushihara- CLEAR! Makoto Nagano- CLEAR!
FINAL STAGE: Ryo Matachi- Time Up Kouji Hashimoto- KANZENSEIHA Yuuji Urushihara- Time Up (Very top, like Nagano in 12) Makoto Nagano- KANZENSEIHA

If TBS forced a kanzenseiha for 24, then make the course even easier and so many people clear that final stage runs get digested.
If TBS didn't force a kanzenseiha for 24, X Bridge and Rope Junction get booted for harder obstacles, 26 and 27 stay the same.

Although it's impossible to ensure a victory, I think they were banking on a win in 24. Unlike the previous few tournaments that were consistently getting harder, 24 was basically equivalent to 23.
Had there not been a win in 24, I think the producers would have kept the course equal to 24 difficulty-wise with only minor obstacle changes that wouldn't affect the result (like a new second obstacle in the first stage).
I think there's a small possibility they might actually have made the course slightly easier.

I don't think they would change the cliffhanger quite yet. They would probably make the jump bigger. I think they would add the Flying Bar replacing the Jumping Bars. Thats all I can think of.
