Pretty good method. I'd say it well designates with most of the competitors on here. As for this 30 list, I might actually make a method on my own to calculate this list. It may not be exactly the most top notch, but I'll try my best. I'll also include speed and consistency, maybe some extra credit for incredible achievements made by the 30 you listed. I'm gonna have some fun with this. :3

Okay, so here's the point method I decided to use:
ORIGINAL SASUKE (1-4):
Stage 1 Clear - 1 point Stage 2 Clear - 2.5 points Stage 3 Clear - 7.5 points Stage 4 Clear - 25 points
ALTERED SASUKE (5-17):
Stage 1 Clear - 2.5 points Stage 2 Clear - 5 points Stage 3 Clear - 10 points Stage 4 Clear - 30 points
SHIN-SASUKE (18-24):
Stage 1 Clear - 5 points Stage 2 Clear - 10 points Stage 3 Clear - 15 points Stage 4 Clear - 50 points
ULTIMATE SASUKE (25-?):
Stage 1 Clear - 10 points Stage 2 Clear - 15 points Stage 3 Clear - 25 points Stage 4 Clear - 75 points
Debut Runs:
Stage 1 Clear - 5 points Stage 2 Clear - 10 points Stage 3 Clear - 15 points
Speed:
Clearing Stage 1 and 2 with fast times:
20 seconds or more - 20 points 15-19.9 seconds - 15 points 10-14.9 seconds - 10 points 5-9.9 seconds - 5 points 0-4.9 seconds - 1 point
Consistency (5 points added to each stage depending on how many times in a row they're cleared):
Stage 1 - 5 points Stage 2 - 10 points Stage 3 - 15 points Stage 4 - 25 points (lololol like that will ever happen)
Extra 15 points for the competitor if they make it the farthest in a tournament.
Clock Records:
Stage 1 - 20 points (Toshihiro Takeda with 32.4 seconds) Stage 2 - 30 points (Levi Meeuwenberg with 38.5 seconds) Stage 4 - 50 points (Kazuhiko Akiyama with 6.0 seconds)
Here would be the final results starting from best to worst:
01 Makoto Nagano - 811 points 02 Toshihiro Takeda - 765.5 points 03 Shingo Yamamoto - 464 points 04 Kenji Takahashi - 376 points 05 Li En Zhi - 299.5 points 06 Yoshiyuki Okuyama - 294 points 07 Bunpei Shiratori - 273.5 points 08 Shunsuke Nagasaki - 251 points 09 Yuuji Urushihara - 240 points 10 Kazuhiko Akiyama - 229.5 points 11 Katsumi Yamada - 222.5 points 12 Naoki Iketani - 208.5 points 13 Kane Kosugi - 198.5 points 14 Akira Omori - 191 points 15 Levi Meeuwenberg - 190 points 16 Koji Yamada - 162 points 17 Koji Hashimoto - 156 points 18 Brian Orosco - 152 points 19 Daisuke Nakata - 150 points 20 Masaki Kobayashi - 140 points 21 Hiroyuki Asaoka - 135.5 points 22 Hitoshi Kanno - 131 points 23 Jordan Jovtchev - 102 points 24 Shinji Kobayashi - 97.5 points 25 Terukazu Ishikawa - 92.5 points 26 Naoya Tajima - 75 points 27 David Campbell - 65 points 28 Jun Sato - 60 points 29 Shane Kosugi - 49 points 30 Yuji Washimi - 42 points
Needless to say, I was pretty surprised to see the list come out like this. The All-Stars didn't shock me but I had a feeling people like Asaoka or S. Kobayashi would be a bit higher than this. Pretty happy the list is like this though. Well deserving athletes.
