Yamada was 91. By the way can anyone make out the person trying to get ready after Wakky? It looks like Hashimoto to me.

Speaking of the super spoiler commercial from the Navi, it's on youtube Didn't recognize Spinning Bridge fail, Escargot was at a bad angle and DSL guy was obstructed by the text, but that was definitely Kouji failing the Flying Bar and James failing the UCH
Also that one guy they showed in the water was Cat right? Looks like he failed Stage 2 or 3

I also guess whoever failed the DSL was wearing a yellow shirt. Finally, I am not entirely sure whether that is Kouji or Okuyama, because they both tend to wear the same stuff for the third stage and if you take note for a very very very brief second during the navi Okuyama can be seen with much shorter hair than usual. In other words we won't know for sure until the broadcast but we do know that someone took a fall on the Flying Bar before Paul.

Judging by the hair, and tanned body, I'm guessing that was Kanno on the Spinning Bridge.

If we're going on the basis that the fail was before Paul, then Kouji just fits number-wise.
Based on the seating in the 3rd Stage, it looks like Paul got a number in the mid to high 80s. And correct me if I'm wrong, but Okuyama has been confirmed to be 96 in 27, right?
If that's all the case, it couldn't possibly be Okuyama.

Yikes I didn't think I'd get shot for defending a bunch of people who are hired to do a professional job editing. Besides... ;D I really doubt that IS Kanno

Not the way I meant, LOL. I hope it's not Kanno. It did role quickly, I'll tell you that. I had to pause it many times to guess. I could be completely wrong for all we know.

Theheeheh I'm just saying this is par for the course for TBS. Remember.. we are seeing it from Western eyes. Japan's viewing is much different and they chose to view the same thing in a different light. I've heard plenty of times.. "oh.. someone wins this time.. I think I'll watch it" while us in the west going "wtf they spoiled it?".. see the difference? All in perspective and what they want to eventually happen. TBS wants ratings in the worse way and as in the past they are willing to do whatever it takes. If it makes you feel better though.. they do this for all TBS shows.. not just Sasuke. Ever see the Sportsman #1 navi's?

Ever see the Sportsman #1 navi's? Yeah I can see what you're saying. In the end we as the SMF audience aren't in their minds so they don't care about what we would want (if they even know we exist)... the ratings that count are the ones in the homes in Japan so it's about catering to their interests. That makes sense. And how would I know about Pro Sportsman #1 navis, lol it got cancelled before I found this forum or any way of watching old SASUKES xD

I must be more Japanese-like in my thinking. Finding out that someone won makes me want to watch. I mean, would watch it anyway, but this just makes me more excited about it. Too bad those of us viewing online don't count toward ratings.

TBS in general as a television company though has sucked mightily in how they promote ALL of their content so it's unsurprising we didn't see jack until yesterday. That said they are consistent in how they present Sasuke and other shows to the viewer as a preview. For future though since you didn't see Sportsman Navi's (and yes I was late the party as well ) they do this with all shows that have Navi's. Again as I tried to warn people in the "what to expect" thread.. it's impossible to fully comprehend how they do things until you actually see them. I was just as gobsmacked as you are now watching my first Sasuke (sans navi). I kept thinking wtf.. a spoiler reel? ooooooooooh look.. awww.. what a shame.. omg.. oh.. first person.. LOL Oh and agreed Tiger. I wish we could count as well

You're only the second person I know that used gobsmack LOL! And I agree with Tiger, before we were just hoping someone would beat the UCH... but now knowing that someone is going to not only beat the UCH, AND the Renewal Third Stage, but also the Final Stage by some miracle makes me think this is going to be the best tournament ever!! Who knows what it will mean for the future of SASUKE but we could have a truly epic story in tomorrow's broadcast!!

The fact we'll see the second half of the 3rd Stage is enough of a hype up for me.
