Just starting a news thread on this to keep it updated for those just looking for the news on the subject. Please note at the request of the mods I'll copy and paste the guidelines for this thread:

Confirmed information as we know so far:

American Ninja Warrior 3 is completely taped (May-June, 2011). Names of the top 10 finalists to Sasuke 27 are not known nor should they be posted online if someone does find out information. That information will be kept confidential until either the ANW3 broadcast on G4 airs the information and/or Sasuke 27 Navi reveals the information.
"Finals of ANW3" which is Sasuke 27 sans everyone else but the ANW 10 finalists have not been recorded in Japan yet. No date is officially been found for that. Slated timeline is sometime "end of July" according to various sources. If that "officially" changes this post will be added.
All information SPECIFICALLY concerning ANW3 runs before the TBS broadcast should be left on that thread alone. A discussion thread will be provided closer to the published airdates.

NBC will air the season finale of the G4 series "American Ninja Warrior" on Aug. 22, the network announced Friday.

The two-hour special, shot in Japan, will get an hourlong preview on G4 at 8 p.m. before sending viewers to NBC at 9 p.m. The finale will also be replayed on G4 on Aug. 23.

By the way, the G4 airings will begin July 31 and will I imagine proceed with airings each Sunday night until the NBC finale, although the second part is not confirmed. Also no advertisement yet from NBC's standpoint but I doubt anyone will hear about that until much closer to the date.

That crowd scene with the girl in the bikini has to be from SASUKE 22 because that was the only time Cherry Pie (the comedienne combo with the two bikini girls - they were seen in SASUKE Mania too) and Nocchi (the Obama impersonator) were on together. The signs are from 22, too, right?
