when they had a person younger than 13 or older than 65.

Yeah, they take off the added height. And I though 50 was the youngest old for the top to be taken off.

Warped Wall was the same. I think they added a bit of height to it from 13-17 compared to 5-12 I don't think so, and even then, obstacle modifications don't really count. If they did then 19 could be considered an almost entirely new first stage to 18. They lower the Warped Wall for people younger than 15 or older than 50. Kota Honma at 14 and Kenjiro Ishimaru at >50 being evidence of this.

Actually, that result came about because I miscounted. But, I'm still correct Average the time limit of all Stages individually and divide that number by the amount of obstacles in the corresponding stage and average those numbers together and there's your answer. Round averages to the nearest hundreths. Right, that's it. If I get another one right, my next question is going to be the most long-winded, hard-to-understand question ever. Which is a pity, because I have a few good questions that I've thought of as well. As for this one, I can't make sense of it. How do I AVERAGE times INDIVIDUALLY? Do I average all the stage 1 time limites, then all the stage 2 time limits etc.? And then how could I divide these by the number of obstacles? Stage 1 hasn't had the same number of obstacles all the time.

sorry, it was a typo. It's divide by the number of tournaments. And yes, average Stage 1, then 2, then 3, then 4. Average those numbers and that's your answer.

average the time for each stage, then divide each number by 21 and round to nearest hundreths. Then you will be left with four numbers and you average those numbers together and that's your answer.

This is an interesting question. The only possible candidates I can think of: Shingo: 24 Nagano: 25 Takeda: 24
So Makoto Nagano is the answer?

Cool. Sasuke 13 - Stage 2. Name the only non-All-Star to have done better than post-Sasuke 9 Nagano (so not counting his two fails on WW) on two different occasions/tournaments.
