Hold it, he said "no one made it to the FINAL stage", which means...
22 Final Stage attempts Half of that = 11 5 was the first time no one made it to the Final Stage.
11 x 5 = 55. Is it 55?

Changing two obstacles is not a total redesign. So you're still wrong. Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaatttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt?! *puts gun to head* *Pulls trigger* Final Answer 198 Still wrong.

That's more than 3 incorrect guesses, I'm thinking. We give up, apparently!

That's more than 3 incorrect guesses, I'm thinking. We give up, apparently! Forgot that rule of 3 wrong guesses and I have to make a new question. OK. Let me show you what I was looking for, 154. 22 attempts on the Final Stage divided in half is 11, The first total stage 1 redesign was in Sasuke 13 after Nagano failed by 0.11 seconds (I said it was redesigned when a second person made it to the top of the Final Stage, I never said on time), Nagano made it to the Final Stage again in 13, but no one made it to the Final Stage in 14, so 11 times 14 is 154. (I said the first, 18 wasn't the first ) Maybe I'll try a much easier one now. How many different Stage 1 obstacles have there been? (I'm counting Tarzan Rope+Rope Ladder as one obstacle however the Tarzan Jump before the Rope Climb is counted as an obstacle in itself)

But didn't Sasuke 13 still have the Rolling Log, Jump Hang, Warped Wall, and Rope Climb? So basically only half of the stage was redesigned?

Correct. (I kind of expected people would think people would consider the Quintuple Steps/Godantobi and Sextuple Steps/Rokudantobi seperate obstacles even though they're the same with a minor difference)

While that is true, all those obstacles were different versions, Rolling Log had drops, Jump Hang wasn't truely the Jump Hang but a trampoline to a bunch of hanging ropes, and the Rope Climb was now up against a wall with angles and going from the Tarzan Rope and Rope Climb back to the Rope Climb where you swing on the rope is a different. So it was a total redesign. I knew I was making a tough question but I didn't expect it to be THAT tough XD

Like I said, I expected for people to have trouble with that one but not THAT much trouble XD

Actually, that result came about because I miscounted. But, I'm still correct
Average the time limit of all Sasuke stages individually and divide that number by the amount of tournaments in the corresponding stage and average those numbers together and there's your answer. Round averages to the nearest hundreths.

Warped Wall was the same. I think they added a bit of height to it from 13-17 compared to 5-12

No, they subtraced height though.
