Well, I'm going to attempt the Rope Glider question. 5 people were injured (whether seriously or not, I dunno), one of them was Ryuuichi Kosugi of the comedy group "Black Mayonnaise". He hurt his arm and dislocated his shoulder. Another dude broke his leg in multiple places and was in the hospital for 6 months.
I can't find any more details, but if that's enough for you, then Sasuke 2 - Stage 4.
In how many tournaments did the Second Stage stay exactly the same as the previous tournament, but with a different time limit?

Okay, Rider, first of all, you're wrong. There was one competitor in the Final Stage in 4, 7, 11, 13, as well as Kunoichi 4.
(So Sasuke 3 - Stage 1...)
And to answer your question, in both cases the pipe rolled away from them after they failed to grasp it properly, necessitating a desperate leap from the trapeze and falling into the muddy pit below. 14 and 16 respectively.
So am I at Sasuke 3 - Stage 2 now?
PS: I'll let someone else pose a question, I can't think of a good one.

How many aperances has Takeda Toshihiro made on Sasuke? No one answered this question, I see. And the answer to that is 17 (if we count Sasuke 21). Sasuke 1 - Stage 3. Which was the only competition where everyone who survived Stage 1 also went on to survive Stage 2? |

It has been in 13 tournaments (5 - 17). Sasuke 1 - Final Stage.
Between Sasuke 10 and 17, which tournament did not feature the Balance Tank in Stage 2, and what took its place?
