Doesn't it mean "Step Jump(s)" or something?
Also don't forget the Junidantobi in your list (Ju = 10, Ni = 2, JuNi = 12)

I think dan means sections and I know that tobi means jump.

I believe "dan" means "level." It does in martial arts, anyway. A "sho-dan," for example, is a first-level black belt. Black belts are "dan" and colored belts are "kyu."

I think dan means steps and tobi means something like path. So it means something like step path I guess.

六段跳び, rokudantobi according to google means six step jumps (which mages sense)
google claims that "段" (dan) means stage, column
google claims that "跳び" (tobi) means jump.
So six stage/column/level jump or Six step jump would be correct, i believe
