Has Nagasaki or Akiyama? I couldnt tell if he was quoting from an email to akiyama or if it was Nagasaki saying he was going to start arm wrestling.

I'm pretty sure it's Akiyama doing the arm wrestling. It seems he contacted Nagasaki about it. Akiyama's done it before in Sasuke-related events. Arsenette has blogged about it.
The other thing is that Nagasaki rarely posts anything about Sasuke, so this posting is a treat. It's good to know sometimes they keep in touch with ex-Sasuke competitors.
