I recognized someone people like us know... Pretty sure it was Viking 2 because it showed Final Viking in the opening.. And know who Competitor number 19 was? UNCLI member Yamamoto Keitaro when he was just 13. He was doing OK until the Main Deck where he tried to push the big log through and had trouble lifting it to the other side so he had to use the small log, He cleared and passed the Math Parley but he ended up failing the Cannonball Just thought that was cool seeing a familiar face that only we would really know

Interesting that Keitaro was in VIKING but none of the other UNCLI. Funny how the most obscure(don't even think about it, rider) of the UNCLI is one of 2(IIRC) to be on shows other than SASUKE. And the other is the most famous...the champ.

Because if you do your logic is flawed... obscure(don't even think about it, rider) I wasn't going to... That pun would be very Vulgar..... ........Sorry........ *walks away*

Yuuji was on an M9-related show, Taiooku Okiku(I know it's wrong, but you get what I mean). about the pun...FU...I mean, AA(WWE fans will get that joke)

(I'm at least closer), The monkey bars thing? Forgot Yuuji was in that... Wasn't another UNCLI member in that too? (Although if it's Keita this argument is invalid) Now technically.. Didn't you just make a song pun too?...

Tomino Keita did the Monkey Bars. But since Monkey Bars was used for SASUKE qualifying, it's not really an outside appearance.
VIKING was on another channel and they tried to shoehorn in their people rather than the usual TBS suspects.

Cool find. Funny how I never seemed to ever watch number 29 when watching Viking.

Cool find. Funny how I never seemed to ever watch number 29 when watching Viking. Well that's interesting how you didn't notice him considering he was number 19

forums.g4tv.com/showpost.php?p=1661888&postcount=63Since VIKING was the newer show, it would make sense that it would try to draw TBS/SASUKE viewers by using familiar SASUKE faces whereas the more established show wouldn't need to do that. VIKING and SASUKE weren't competing (although VIKING 4 was just under two weeks before SASUKE 17 and Pair VIKING 1 was roughly the same amount of time before SASUKE 15). In M9's eyes, they are both extensions of it's main brand: Ushio Higuchi. Whether or not Fuji and TBS thought they were competing (and I think Fuji thought it was) is a different matter.

I really liked the Castaway. It looks tough and took out lots of competitors.
