Come on guys, this whole "G4 Fail" "G4 Sucks" is really starting to get annoying. I mean, honestly, if it wasnt for G4, most of us wouldnt even know that Sasuke existed.

This isn't some kind of family martial arts movie... When the students surpass the teacher in this case something is being done seriously wrong..

It's their consistent mistakes made. Terrible subtitling (I can give that a pass most of the time), questionable facts, the trials mishap seemingly EVERY time. We're all grateful for introducing us to Sasuke (well we all should be anyway) -- but the more we're exposed to the original Japanese broadcasts, the more we see just how juvenile Ninja Warrior looks in comparison. Yes, G4 has done some good, but the bad outweighs it.

Comrads would have been a better word choice.

Honestly I disagree with the "just introducing it".. it's like if you met a hot girl because of a car accident you don't praise the car accident.. you are happy you know the hot girl now Btw TBS has used "brother in arms" before as if they are going to battle.

Maybe it's just the 'in' thing to hate on G4.
I download G4 episodes because I like the subtitles, to at least know a tiny bit of what the announcers are saying. Besides, I find that I enjoy the heavy stylized translations. It makes it even funner.
The main thing I don't like is that the "ninja"(name) aspect is played up way too much, and there isn't enough continuity between tournaments. And the G4 random hostess(es) are really annoying.
Tbh though, if I could have the original broadcast with subtitles and english obstacle captions/name captions, I'd much prefer that.(do they already have something like that?)

That would be the greatest but I don't think so. If someone were to sub sasuke's original broadcast, it would make my year.

Closest thing we've had to that is when G4 retained the original Japanese graphics mixed in with their subtitles and pre-run hype videos when they premiered Sasuke 1. It's also the only Ninja Warrior tournament episode that was an hour instead of thirty minutes.
