If I'm not mistaken, it's referring to one of the moving panels (the 3rd panel overall, in that case) in the really long version of the Spider Walk back then.

That makes sense because #98 in Sasuke 3 was Yasutoshi Kujirai (I think he was a lifeguard, no?), and he failed at that very spot of the Spider Walk in Stage 2. That's where we get a shot of him laying stomach-down on the waiting mats below and looking at the camera like he was totally embarrassed (though really, I'm sure he WAS totally embarrassed!).

Yeh, more details: up to and including Sasuke 3, the moving panel and the "Spider Climb" panel (the one where you have to climb diagonally upward) were considered as obstacles in their own right.

So basicly there was more than 4 obstacles in the second stage back then? Spider Walk Moving Wall Spider Climb Hammer Doge Reverse Conveyor Wall Lift

I guess, yeah. Make a bit of sense, considering the Spider Walk (including Moving Wall + Spider Climb) often took up like half the time on the clock.

Guess that mean there was one more combo of obstacles I didn't know about yet should have counted in the trivia topic. Then again only G4 counts it all as the Spider Walk, and they also count the Brick Climb as an obstacle even though TBS never did

What G4 called the Spider Walk counted as 3 separate obstacles according to TBS: Spider Walk Moving Wall Spider Climb

It's all Spider Walk according to Wikipedia.
Personally, I don't see why TBS needs to separate it. I like just thinking of it all as the Spider Walk.

Because it's a multi-part obstacle. That, and the Japanese like to label everything.

And yet the Brick Climb wasn't an obstacle.
Sigh.
I don't get them.
