In events like super rider, do you have to bring your own bike? Or they provide you with what you need?

You were provided the materials, but you could have brought your own I think, not too sure. I know in Super Helico they helicopters actually belonged to the contestants. Skeboarder they likely used their own skateboards. So it's more like depending on the event.

It depends on the event. On Like a Pierrot, Super Rider, Skeboarder, Super Helico, and Bamboo Derby you could bring your own equipment.
For some reason, they required everyone to use the same pogo stick in Kangaroo.

I think that's because there are a lot of ways a pogo stick can be modified. I've even seen pogo sticks powered by engines or air-spring stuff.

Actually I have a correction... remember the guy who brought in his own pogo stick that didn't bounce?

I see. He'd run out of energy quickly.

No, I definitely remember him using just a wooden stick as a pogo stick and Wittenburg made a comment about how he wasn't going to use a springed stick.

No, your memory is failing you. He practiced on one with no spring, but he had a normal one during the competition.

Ah he's not used to it having a spring.

I don't think that was the case, he just wasn't good at crossing obstacles while on a pogo stick.

Yeah. Same thing. He DIDN'T have any experience on a real stick, and it failed him.

I didn't say he had no experience, I said he sucked on the course. Slight difference there.
