In SASUKE 9 (his debut) he tried to take his HangGlider off, and his foot tapped the side of the off course section. Is that a course out?

I feel this is a parody thread..
Also he didn't actually touch the ground really... He wasn't fully stepping on the mat but his foot was floating and not on the ground it looked like...
Also it's Harashima... Does it REALLY matter?.......
