Here are some of the overuused G4 cliches:
1. Will he go all the way?!
2. Total Victory has eluded him.
3. It is one of the most feared obstacles of this stage.
4. He has been training vigorously for this day.
5. He just couldn't hang on.
So there are mine, but can you think of better ones? Remember, G4 only, and good luck.

Bad subtitles? Calling each episode "Today" Despite that Sasuke all takes place in one day?..

Hitoshi KAN-NO RYE Komiya Yasushi Yamada Cliches, not mispronounced names. At this point, they've been used so long and still not corrected, they've turned into cliches.

How about "We now go back to Mount Midoriyama in Japan, where the action is about to begin/continue.", which they always use near the beginning of an episode.

Basically G4 puts whatever the hell they want. Like in 23 they talked about Takeda on the Salmon Ladder being a fight and each rung is a round, in reality the announcer was like "Salmon Ladder culeah!"

Showing you someone making it deep into stage 3 before they go to commercial, that annoyed me way before I was ever a fan of Sasuke.
oh and I LOVE how they add "Nagano couldn't possibly fail here" in the subtitles for Sasuke 19 as to throw you off from the fact he will fail that exact obstacle.

The horrible puns the announcer makes, especially the ones about Shingo, such as: "Will Yamamoto clear or will he run out of gas?" or "He had nothing left in the tank."

They arrange the runs. So we were like: Oh no Nagano is the first competitor! Will he fail early?

They arrange the runs. So we were like: Oh no Nagano is the first competitor! Will he fail early? Yeah thats what pisses me off. Like in 15 was it? When nagano failed metal spin they put him first and we obviously knew something was gonna happen. And in 14 kobayashi was actually first in the 3d stage but they put him last just cause he got the furthest.

I think overused cliche #1 would have to be:
Ninja Warrior.
