Sasuke 1 airs Thursday (6/3) at 10am, with G4 showing successive tournaments afterwards in chronological order.
Who's setting their DVR and getting ready for some nostalgia?? It's been a while since I've watched the old tourneys.

It always bugged me they don't show Sasuke 1 before Sasuke 2 whenever they start the reruns over again.

Yup...tho I'm pretty sure G4 has already done this before. Now that I remember I saw it recorded in *some* place. GXT never aired Sasuke 1, sigh. What bugs me is that they keep reairing Sasuke 2-20 with some Kunoichi mixed. Happy for you guys tho

The reason it took them so long was because, I assume anyways, they couldn't get rid of the on screen japanese graphics. But they showed it anyways. Its the only Ninja Warrior episode on G4 that does this.

They actually did this about 3 months ago, and it didn't get to the current tournaments until just now. I have been DVR'ing them this whole time so I have finally seen every G4 broadcast of Sasuke finally. As far as doing it for this next wave, its been too soon, not to mention I still have like 40 episodes I have yet to delete on my DVR from the last wave. I really need to sort through the ones I want to keep

It'll be nice to go back and see alot of the old school competitors (Nakata, Iketani, Kosugi) and to see how young the All-Stars looked back in the day before they were All-Stars.

chackpop didnt put the g in parentheses. I have no idea what hes talking about. The first c in chackpop isnt capatilized.
You need to leave the guy alone, its not english class.

I usually don't mind it when someone doesn't spell a word right, or doesn't put a period every once in a while, but the 0's are annoying enough, let alone the other problems >_>

err... -his "o" on the keyboard is broken, that's why he writes the 0's. -I strongly suggest to get back on topic tho. I LMAO'd when I saw Shingo in Sasuke 1...he looked like a kid . However I didn't like the introduction "Before *blablabla I can't remember*, before Makoto Nagano *bablabla I can't remember*" I mean, you know I love Nagano, but I wish they gave Akiyama more credit. FFwding a couple of his Stage 3 run was just rude. Still, I think airing Sasuke 1 in a special format was a nice idea. especially for hardcore fans . Gives that feeling of "Where it all started", it was just priceless to watch. Oh and also I have no clue about how they managed to throw the whole course indoor Yes it was way smaller than it is now, but it must have been a logistical nightmare.

The finish mat at the end of the Second Stage was like 2 feet long. The stages seemed on top of each other. Now they would be hard pressed to fit just the First Stage into an arena like that.

I know it's not English class, but if the guy is rich enough to afford a computer, it won't kill him to type like someone who went to high school. Just a pet peeve.

Seriously. Back on Topic But yeah. People don't give any of the All-Stars (Minus Nagano) enough credit. Specifically Yamada, IMO. I wish I knew who the first 100 were, and if they competed again. Maybe I should check Sasukepedia...

Maybe I should check Sasukepedia... SASUKE 1 on SASUKEpedia still needs some editing. We know all 100 people and 99 results, just need to fill in the tables.
