Who will be the first non-Japanese person to achieve kanzenseiha? I know I didn't put everyone who could, but I accidentally hit enter. Anyone know how to modify the poll?

Well of the 4 you listed: Levi and Brian are hopeless, Lee's best shot was 24. Hard to say without seeing the new final. David probably the best of that list.

Well Levi is screwed on the Cliff Hanger on the Cliff Hanger. He's the only person to fail the SCH twice.
Brian hasn't gotten as far as Levi.
David hasn't reached Stage Two yet, so I have no idea what his potential is.
Lee Enchi is the best choice.

The show will end before this happens.
Wheres Jordan Jovtchev? I voted for Lee. I think he has the best chance as of now.

There probably should be an "Other" choice.
But I disagree, sadly, little to no chance for Jovtchev.

For whatever reason, you can't edit a poll once it's made.
If a foreigner would ever win, it would probably be Lee. Not only does he consistently clear stage 1, been to the 3rd stage more than any American, but he is also IN every tournament.
He is Taiwan's sole representative unless they hold another trial, which seems unlikely at this point. He's in with TBS and has a direct invite every tournament from now on. He doesn't have to go through any of the hurdles that any of the Americans have to.
Levi's best shot probably was 24, yet he wasn't there. Brian is continuing to progress, however at a snail's pace. David could be America's best shot but he hasn't been there in over a year, with only one trial between now and then.
Lee is not only is much more consistent, but also has the luxury of being there every tournament.

No offense to David or Brian or anything, but how does David get 3 votes, and the man who made it the 3rd stage multiple times get no votes.
The kid can make it, he just needs to focus a bit more on Sasuke.
If he built a few more replicas and took his time, than he wouldn't make such dumb mistakes, beat the UCH, and make it to the final stage.

Probably because Levi is the master of getting to stage 2-3 but has no chance once he's there.
David is built for the later stages. He just has to get there
I honestly don't think anyone at this point has a great chance, but David still gets my vote just cause of his training.

IF any of them was going to actually achieve Kanzenseiha, it would be probably be Li IMO. As scnoi said, he did consistently well in Shin-Sasuke (only person in that era to clear the First Stage 4 times in a row; never failed early in Stage 2, i.e. before the Metal Spin; made it to the Final Stage in 24; etc.), making the line "arguably the most skilled foreign competitor Sasuke has ever seen" from his page on Sasukepedia holds true as a result. No other foreigner has gotten as far as him since Sasuke 8, and at that point in time the course didn't seem to be close to as difficult as it was when Li reached the Final Stage in 24. So yeah, I voted for Li.
Sure, the Americans may still have a good shot at going pretty far, but even if they would happen to match (or, in some cases, possibly even exceed) how well Li does on the course in the future, they still might have to deal with qualifying through ANW or something like that. As some of you have already said, Levi might've had a chance at the Final Stage in 24, but he wasn't invited by TBS or sent to represent America, so he missed his arguably best chance yet to achieve Kanzenseiha. Meanwhile, Li's been directly invited for a few tournaments now and would get more opportunities at this when compared to the Americans. I'm not saying that other foreign competitors don't have the potential, but they don't get as many chances to compete as Li does. Therefore, Li almost definitely seems like the first foreigner who'd ever have a chance at Kanzenseiha at this point in time IMO.

I'd like to see any of them beat the course to be honest.

Cause he won't focus more of his time for Sasuke? Like I said, if he upped his upper body strength, trained way more on the cliff hanger, I don't see why not...

That proves Levi could have beaten the SCH, but he thought ahead of the SCH so that's why he didn't notice his bad placement until he fell in 23. Who knows how good/bad he could have done. Levi probably can reach the third ledge of the UCH (long limbs ftw for him), as long as he gets to the end of the second ledge of course.

I have no hope for Levi clearing the Final Stage. Call me crazy. He's just not built for that type of thing IMO. His agility is his biggest upside, and... the Final Stage is not made for agility. The spider climb was pretty good for those agile folks, but the Spider Climb is dead as far as the final stage goes. R.I.P. Spider Climb. Nagano beat the s*$@ out of that obstacle .

I doubt anybody who is of similar height and weight to levi, or bigger - brian for example, would ever get to the final stage now, which practically rules out any foregin people outside of asia. The smaller and lighter the better; i hope im wrong.

The smaller and lighter the better; i hope im wrong. I kinda agree. It's not impossible for them to pass Stage 3, but it's more difficult IMO. While in Stages 1 and 2 their height helps, in Stage 3 it kills them. Just think about PAT, or even Travis Schraeder. Hey, I'm even shorter than Nagano and way lighter! Does that mea Back on topic. For me it's a tie between David and Lee. Since I haven't had the possibility to see David tackle Stage 2 and over, I'm going with Lee. Levi is almost right after.

He accidentally posted instead of putting all the names he was going to write, so we are talking about the list. But I place Oti at about Levi's level, maybe a bit lower for the same reason I place David lower than Lee. Wanna see him on the course first (read as: wanna see you beat the crap out of the next ANW course, bud!)
