On Sasukepedia, it says "The Spider Walk (スパイダーウォーク) is an iconic second stage obstacle. It was derived from an entirely separate event in Kinniku Banzuke. "
What event did this come from? Was there a whole Spider Walk course?

There was a event called "Spider Walk", it was one big untimed Spider Walk path with a few twists in it, ala you had to be contorted a certain way to make it. There were only 2 winners. As far as I know, it was only done once because when looking back at it through my head, it was super easy, especially since more than one person won the event in its inagural. Not to mention since the course was pretty much scaffolding, falling wrong might have resulted in injury. If there was more than one Spider Walk event, I'll never know seeing as Unbeatable Banzuke aired only that one that I can think of when it was running out of new episodes to show.
Here's the course according to the wiki:
Straightaway Widening Corridor (Body Prop-like) 90 Turn (90 degree turn) Ascending Corridor Descending Corridor Crossbar (You had to spider climb under this bar) S-Curve
Like I said, two winners: Shinobu Sekiya, Kiyohara Yagi
So this was one of the few KB influnced obstacles in Sasuke.
EDIT: Before Rider says it, leave to the Banzuke lover to explain the event (there was a Jeopardy game he hosted and I proceeded to kill off his Banzuke and Viking clues easily).

Looks hella easy in comparison to Super Rider, Like a Perriot, and Handwalk.

Sort of lame. I hate when the first versions of there course are so unoriginal. (Go UP, go DOWN, S turn, Straighaway!)
And than they pull originality later.
Anyways, I'm totally going to scope G4 to see if its ever on.

It looks easy, and a bit uninteresting. I think it COULD'VE been cool if done right.

Since Sasuke wasn't around back then, I believe it was called Banzuke Balm.
