Just a little idea I've had for a while.
The Jumping Spider is a very deadly and tricky obstacle that has alot of ways you can screw it up.
I think the way I would fail would me miss hitting the trampoline, getting my hands on the bottom of the Spider Walk and not raising my legs high enough.
Similiar to the Double Fail guy from Sasuke 22.
How about you?

I think I can pass it but if i were to fail id probably not stick. Sorta like Brett Simms in 19 was is?

Too much speed and not enough height, I don't expect this to happen and before I know it my feet are too low to catch the walls.

Perhap I could pass it, dunno. Anyway the most likely way I'd fail it would be my left hand slipping. Also, maybe slightly not enough height.

If I fail it, then it'll be mis-hitting the trampoline.

I would probably fail on the timing when I would have a spread out my arms and legs to catch the walls.

I think I would fail it like Yamada in 20, i.e stick the jump for like a second then fall.

If i wont test the trampoline then id probably fail the timing. But if i test it the only thing that will stop me is sticking on.

If you don't mind me asking, why would your left hand slipping make you fall. I've replicated the Jumping Spider and missed the wall with both hands but stayed on because of me legs.

I'd probably have a pretty normal fail on it (i.e. I'd hit the trampoline somewhat off and miss sticking by a bit). BTW, If I fail it, then it'll be mis-hitting the trampoline. Well hopefully you do better than that one guy in Sasuke 5 did when he was about to do the Jump Hang but knew he was going to miss it and slowed down but instead ended up tripping off of the trampoline and into the water. This is probably better to understand by showing a video of this, but I don't have one of it (awaits a response showing a video of what I'm talking about). Either way, EPIC FAIL... (not you intelligentinfer, the Sasuke 5 guy).

When I spider walk and I'm not sure of my feet's grip, I put lot of pressure on my arms, twisting them so that fingertips face the ground. A couple of times my left hands slipped and I simply crashed (luckily I wasn't really high up). Sometimes when I try jumping ala JS (tho I haven't got a trampoline), the situation is the exact opposite...my feet slip and leave me only staying on with my arms.

Ahh I see, I depend more on my legs, being very tall with long legs helps. I could see it the hands slipping being a problem.

I'd Ryusuke Ito it, and get my hands in, but totally miss with my legs.

I train for it alot(built a trampoline up like David did as well) and if I were to fail the obstacle, it would be completely because I over emphasized the moment I hit it before hand, making me run up and either hit it off center, or simply try to hit it so hard that I cancel out my jump a bit and just go right into the water. I use the same trampoline for the jump hang and this does happen every now and then if I over think it.

Yes yes, we are all confident in ourselves, but let's not be too arogant eh? ;D (unless you were just joking)

I'd likely hit the trampoline, stick, then suddenly collide with one of the walls and somehow flip into the water.
