The translator didn't know the order, And for using Japanese characters Lee Vai MYUENBAGU sounds like the closest they could do, I mean its one thing using english letters to spell Japanese names (Romaji ring a bell?), but I don't think that it'd be as easy spelling english names using Japanese characters, I'm sure most people have problems spelling Meeuwenberg anyways (Hell, I had to look it up just now).
