He was last to go AND he arguably made it farther.

Lee made it further, which would be my definition of last man standing

Edited the title. I know it wasn't really a spoiler per se, but best to be safe.

Venus is putting Hashimoto as the last man on Sasukepedia.

I thought they both failed in the same place.

Last man standing is the last person to compete, not who got furthest.

Last man standing is the last person to compete, not who got furthest. Very true. For SASUKEpedia, the best result is recorded. So who would that be?

Joint. If you're counting it by inches, then Lee.

Last man standing is the last person to compete, not who got furthest. Well then technically okuyama was last man in 24.

Venus is putting Hashimoto as the last man on Sasukepedia. Biatch, that was best result, because by what I could see on the buffering stream, Koji got a farther reach than Lee. On second thoughts, I think who climbed farther to left on the second ledge is declared the farther result, which could very well be Koji as well. Lee is the last man standing in 25 because he went last and no one beat stage 3. Yuuji is the last man standing in 24 because he was the only one to complete the stage.
